La Brise´s restaurant is well-known in Cabo Frio and the Região
dos Lagos. Its founder, Alberto Gabbay, was a member of Brazil´s
Gourmet Confraternity, and the restaurant´s crew, trained by him,
still prepares some of the best specialities from French and international
cooking, as well as typical delicious brazilian food. The restaurant
can receive up to 80 persons

Our room-fees include a lavish self-service breakfast. Besides
a variety of breads, juices, fruits, ham, cheese, jams, etc., you
will also taste the pastries, cakes, pies and cookies made by our
manager, made by our cooking staff, who is also an excellent cook.

We have two bars: an interior one, "Chez Valentine",
and one by the swimming-pool. In both you can appreciate a variety
of drinks and appetizers, especially sea-food direct from the local
fishing companies and the oyster and shells farms that now thrive
in the region..
